FAQs

What kind of jobs do you fill?

We fill medical clinic, administrative, accounting, legal, and professional job positions.

Do I have to have a resume?

Yes! Your resume communicates your qualifications and your brand—who you are and what makes you different—to employers and recruiters. Your resume should do the following:

  • Grab the attention of employers and recruiters.
  • Sell your strongest skills and accomplishments.
  • Show why you’re a potential match for a position or project.
  • Communicate both your current capabilities and future potential.
  • And, most importantly, get you the interview!

What happens after I apply for a job?

After you apply for a job, your resume will be evaluated based on the necessary skill set, knowledge, and experience for the position. An Apex Staffing recruiter will reach out to you to discuss the next steps if you are a fit for the position.

Are there fees associated with your services?

Apex Staffing does not charge its candidates for placing them with our clients. We work on your behalf to place you with companies that match your skill level and expertise. Click here to search our available jobs.

What should I bring with me for my Apex interview?

Fill out a pre-application form here and bring it with you along with a copy of your resume and two forms of ID.

Should I cover my tattoos during an interview?

In a job interview, a first impression is crucial. So, as much as we hate to say it, your appearance does matter. Besides having proper interview attire, your day-to-day style might have to undergo a few tweaks to be interview-ready.

Cover your tattoos as much as possible. Wear clothing that will hide them or even use tattoo cover-up so they won’t be visible. Similar to piercings, tattoos can be distracting or may even break company policy. You want the interviewer to be focused on you and your qualifications, not your ink.
